BOOKING CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Body Wax! I have written down some useful information because I want to make this visit a pleasant experience for you. Here you can read what you can expect from us and what you should pay attention to when booking. I would like to provide maximum attention and care to all my dear guests, for this purpose please read our salon etiquette carefully, I only ask for a few minutes of your time.

 

Service:

Showers are available in the salon, please let me know in advance. If you want to use it before your treatment, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so that you have time to "refresh". Please inquire about the prices of the services before booking. If something is not clear to you, please feel free to search through any of my contacts.

Consultation:

If you are the first to come to the salon, I will summarize what you can expect during the treatment in a free, short consultation. You will also receive some useful advice and an overview from me, which comprehensively summarizes the direction of future treatments. This consultation time will be automatically included in your first booking time.

Book an appointment:

An appointment is required for check-in, you can do this online, by phone, in the form of a message on the website or even via the email address found on the website. Before your first treatment, if you have any questions, feel free to call me, but please note that I may not be able to answer right away because I am working, but I will call you as soon as I have the opportunity. So thank you for your patience. In all other cases, for faster administration, use the online booking system and my messaging interface.

Arrival:

You should arrive on time for your booking. Not late and not early, because there are others being waxed in the salon. The only exception is if you've noted during booking that you want to have a shower before your session. Before your treatment, a refreshing water, cup of coffee or tea is always available to you so that you can relax sufficiently before your treatment. The salon can be reached in several ways, it is located a 2-minute walk from the 3rd METRO Klinikák stop. Please see the map on the website. When arriving by car, please make sure that you arrive in a paid zone, you can usually find a parking space in the area, but please take city traffic into account and arrive on time. Always find out about the current traffic on wazen or google maps, so that you don't miss your treatment.

Delay:

In case of delay, please always notify me. I always dedicate the necessary amount of time to you so that I can provide you with the best service. However, if you arrive late, I may no longer be able to carry out everything as agreed or (depending on the extent of the delay) I may not be able to carry out the treatment on the same day.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Resignation:

Good human relations require mutual respect and trust. I know that anything can come in the way of anyone at any time - work, illness, in this case, please notify me as soon as possible, as this may give another guest the opportunity to use your canceled appointment. You can cancel your appointment by clicking on the login button in the upper right corner of the website and logging in with the email address you provided when booking. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, I charge 50% of the price of the previous (missed) treatment for the price of the next treatment, in case of cancellation within 12 hours or no-show, I charge 100% of the price of the treatment. In case of continuous cancellations or no-shows, I am unable to give a new date.

Disease:

 

In case of a fever or infectious diseases (e.g. herpes, virus, bacterial infection), please postpone the date of the service used, let's discuss another date, in order to get you better as soon as possible and to prevent the further spread of the infection. Both you and your skin will regenerate faster if you choose rest instead.

Payment:

You can pay in the salon with cash, bank card, bank transfer and Body Wax gift voucher. I cannot accept purchases on credit or non-payment. The prices of the services are not negotiable.  I will give you a receipt for the payment. Prices are in forints and include VAT (I reserve the right to change prices). Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I do not currently accept nice cards.

Child, dog:

I am also happy to see your child or your well-socialized dog in the salon, as long as you are sure that they will not be disturbed by your treatment.

Opinion:

I will really appreciate if you rate my salon, write an opinion about me on any online platform. If you have any complaints or objections, please let me know so that I can learn from this and eliminate the given problem. This is important to me because I can make changes based on your feedback, and positive feedback helps new interested parties to get a realistic picture of my work.
